Delete your Axium account
You can delete your account and the data stored with it at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Axium and go to Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
By email
If you cannot open the app, email support@axiumnotes.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Axium account”. We will verify it is you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in
- Your notes, folders, saved places, reminders and chats on our servers
- Files in the sync relay (photos, documents, recordings)
- Payment records kept by Polar where the law requires
- Copies stored only on your own devices, which you can remove by uninstalling the app
If you have a paid plan, cancel it first from Manage plan in the app so you are not charged again.
